    I've just bought an Xbox One S and went to re-deem my one month free game pass, but it says it is only for new customers. This is a retail version, not second hand. I am a new customer??

    I dont have a xbox one but just got a new windows laptop. Is game pass available on windows 10 PC's? Also, are all xbox one games playable on windows or just select games?

    If you change to PC Game Pass, and no longer have Game Pass Core or Game Pass Ultimate, then you will lose access to the Games with Gold on your Xbox One or Series X|S console as you will no longer have Game Pass Core (New name for Gold).
