    Ok I received the update early this morning... I let it update without touching anything on the console. I woke up to the xbox still being on but with a black screen. I contacted Support and they bought me here. Ok so I followed the Steps from a fellow Forum
    member and the console turned back on. All I did was just hold the Power button for 5-8 seconds until it went into Hard Reset mode. I let it reset and it came back with "Applying Update" I let it finish and I had the new Xbox One Experience. That's all cool
    but now as I go to sign in my account, it does not recognize me. What are the steps to workaround this?

    Probably none. I'm in the same boat. I read that a hard reset will work, no word on factory reset so maybe wait a few hours.

    For some reason Windows 10 has had issues around network adapters on PC's and tablets and Xbox One is no exception. It told me mine was out of order and gave a message to send my console into repair. Boneheads

    I'll add that hard-resetting did not work for me.

  7. I'm having issues as well. I received this weird system error screen so I hard reset it and I can't sign in or update anymore.

    I just posted this on another thread

    I had the exact same problem started the updated came home from work 9 hours later 75% I contacted customer support and the first guy told me to turn the xbox off and unplug it for 2 minutes I did that then it went back to the original dashboard but wouldn't
    let me connect to the internet so I turned it off and on the updated it again and it got stuck at 75% then I turned it off again unplugged it and when I put it back on it loaded the new dashboard but then I had loads of problems I couldn't sign in couldn't
    play games it wouldn't even puck up my router so I contacted customer support again but this time they told me it was corrupt and to replace the os put it wasn't on there hyper link so I contacted them a third time and they said that it was a know issue and
    a new update will be released within 24 hours
