Xbox One New Experience Minor Update Stuck On "Applying update..."

So today there was an update so i thought might aswell update my console and went perfectly until it went on to "Applying update..." page, thats when things went all downhill for me. At about 75% the green bar froze and now im stuck on a very pleasant sight.

Im very confuzed on what to do, i dont want to unplug it or it might all be over.

Im also in the Xbox preview Program using the Xbox new experience and i think that is the cause.

Stuck in green loading screen after April update

Mine is stuck in applying update. I've tried the system tool but its stuck again in applying updates. Won't do reset either.

Xbox One Constantly Resets

it starts up at the applying update screen and my xbox restarts back to the applying update screen. Its basically stuck in a loop

happend to me as well power cycle a few times mine took 3 before it finaly took the update, but make sure you give it a few mins to make sure its actuly stuck and not just being slow!

Hello Andreas,

You most likely are in need of a repair then. Since you did offline update a week ago and was having issues with that. You can go to
device support, to see if in warranty and also set up a repair. You can also request a call from support to help set up
a repair. Another option if you have a Microsoft store close to you, can take the console there and see what they can do.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
