Xbox One Networking

Hi there.

Ive only had my Xbox for 2 months now and since day one i have had problems with the wifi and connectivity. As soon as it starts up i have to power cycle the console just to get it to connect to the router. 10 mins after connecting it will drop connection
and then fail to reconnect.

I know that it is not the distance to the router as we have another console in the next room and that has no problems whatsoever. Like i say i have done numerous power cycles and reset the console to factory settngs twice just to see if that works but unfortunately
it has not. I believe there is a problem with the network card within the console.

How do i go about sending the console in for repair/replace as it is within the warranty period until 2020?
