Xbox one Network wont connect at all no router listed either?

I've found some solutions on possible troubleshooting steps. If these do not work. I would check your router and modem. And if those are not the issue, it would come down to your ISP.

Same thing is happening to me. My xbox wont even give me a list of available network connections and says my routers security ssid wont work. Which isnt the case bc every other device connects fine

Is your Phone/Surface connected to the same router that your Xbox One is connected to either by wifi or network cable? Or is your Xbox One connected to another router/modem to the one your phone/Surface is on?

Try wired connection to router

To identify whether the issue is with the wireless signal from your router, try a wired connection to the router to see if that resolves your issue.

The first step is to connect your Xbox One console to your Internet connection. Here’s how:

1. Plug one end of a network cable into a port on your router or gateway. You might need a long network cable, depending on the location of your router.
   
2. Plug the other end of the network cable into the back of your console.

Now test your Xbox Live connection:

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > General >
   Network settings.
3. Select Test network connection.

If this solution worked, your console will connect to Xbox Live.

Can I ask, what happens when you try to test your multiplayer connection?

Try these guides to help with most network connection issues and see if either help out with the issue.

Give that information a look through and see if there are any troubleshooting steps there that you haven't tried yet.

If you have completed all that, I would suggest maybe trying a new router or modem
