xbox one network service

Im getting the same thing.

Not only does it take an age to get online and find a game on COD AW(any Game) Once playing although my ping looks good the lag is dreadful.

If i do make it though the entire game without losing connection I cannot play on the next map as my connection will drop before it starts, this is Every Game Every Map.

Nat is Open and connection is good.

Anyone else having this problem, Its driving me mad.
