I have the same exact problem and I have tried everything. My Xbox One is the only device in my house that won't connect and it's not blacklisted, on my router settings I have "Any device can connect". I tried your suggestion but when I go and select
"Clear" for Alt. MAC Address and then click "Restart" nothing happens. It shows I'm pressing Restart and makes the selection noise but the console never reboots. I've manually restarted from that point with the console power button but it still isnt finding
any available wifi networks. My phone shows about 7 in the area and connects to both the 2.4GHz and the 5GHz on my network. Please help!
