Xbox One Network Hardware Problem

My xbox is still under warranty and I just want to send this thing in to get repaired. My Xbox wont stay connected to the internet and my controller wont stay connected either. I am tired of dealing with this problem. Last time this problem happened I restarted
my xbox completely and kept my games and apps. That worked for about 2 months and now i tried that agian and now i think there is a serious hardware problem now.

Network hardware problem

Hello everyone, (sorry if my english is bad, basically I speak french)

So my xbox has a problem. When I want to do a network test, there is a message "sorry, the network hardware doesn't work on this xbox". So I reset the xbox for the purpose to fix the problem. But my bad... I am blocked at the step of network connection type...
So now I can't do anything. Please guys What I can do for working great again the Network hardware without contact services support ?

Problem in network hardware

My xbox one is spoiled with the network drive , from last night , I was in settings / network / test network connections and he me of the message: the wireless networking hardware is not working on this island , you need sent back for service.
Another problem is that I could not install an external hd on my xbox one , I have a sansung 1TB , USB 3.0 but the xbox is not recognizing .

Please try this. I have had it resolve this issue a number of times. Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console
for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results. Let us know. Good Luck!!

If that doesn't work you could also opt to run it wired.

Hello there,

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to this issue, it sounds like it's having an issue trying to connect to your router due to a security protocol error. You may have to go within your Router Settings to change the security protocol to WPA2
or if you don't know how to access your router settings you may need to Contact your ISP.
