    Xbox One network hardware issue.


    Hello my xbox one started acting up yesterday. I thought it was the router, but i reset it a couple of times and my xbox won't pick up the wifi. I reset my console several times, and it still wont pick it up. I tried to test the internet connection and it
    told me there was a hardware problem and I need to get it repaired. Thanks. ZB

    Internet Problem

    Same problem for me. The Xbox One refuses to recognize my wireless network and tell´s me it´s the wrong network password.

    It isn´t because 3 Iphones, 3 Ipads, two separate TV-sets and one PC finds the networks AND recognizes the same password.

    This must be and hardware issue with the Xbox One!?

    Hi, try the following please.

    On the Xbox go to settings, all settings, network, advanced settings, alternate MAC address..

    Select the clear option and then the restart option.

    When the Xbox has restarted do you still have the same issue ?

    Ring your isp and find out if there are any issues on the line or with the router, if not I agree send it in.

    But where exactly you received the message saying about the duplicate items? Since it was downloaded the first time you should noy have any duplicate file. And it is just one .zip file. And the content inside it cannot have duplicate files.

    And have you downloaded the correct file? There is a one file for the original Xbox One and other file for the other consoles.

    thanks for the help Lucas. I’m not sure how to update offline since the three options it gives me on that first error page with the code 0x8B050084 0x00000000 0x00000201 only has three options: try again, check network or turn off console
