Xbox One Network Disconnects

Every day my xbox one loses network connection so everyday just to watch a show on Netflix I have to restart everything. its not my internet connection because my phones and other console work just fine and have internet. This happens every day if not multiple
times a day. Does anyone have this reaccuring issue? I have tired contacting them on chat asking if this is going to be an ongoing issue they just told me its on my end.

Turn on Xbox One

go to Settings>Network>Disconnect network.

login to account offline.

Reconnect network.

Im back online

 

Anybody know why Xbox Live would drop from Xbox One at top of each hour?

It may not be on your end. Been having this issue too since the recent system update. Console disconnects from live, and I have to do a full restart to fix the issue.

 

yes! and its annoying especially when you dc before the round ends and dont get credit. I've had this for about a month or so and it seems to be getting worse. The past 2 days, I just get dropped from xbox live parties with no warning rather than the "connecting"
message I used to have while it reconnected me.

There definitely seems to be a disconnect between me being connected to the internet and xbox live/ multiplayer recognizing it. I'm a Preview member if that is helpful.

I have this exact thing happening. I restart every time the console is off/unused (sleeping?) for over an hour. I haven't tested under an hour, but I have tried it multiple times during the day and having to restart every time. It's happened since the recent
update. While I have no proof, I can recreate this on demand every single day (at least once).

 

Same problem here, nothing I do works to fix it. All I keep hearing is it's on my end, but it's definitely not

 

It's because they don't want to admit that their system update obviously has some bugs in it.
