Xbox one Netflix scrolling

is it possible to change how many shows it scrolls over or categories it scrolls down somewhere when you are browsing in Netflix? All four controllers and the Xbox one app on my phone scroll 2 shows over and two categories down with each toggle or each Tim
you use the arrow over.

netflix on xbox one issue with smartglass & windows 10 xbox app

Ok searched everywhere and can't seem to find an answer to this.

When using Netflix on Xbox One both the smartglass app on Windows 10 and the built in controller to Windows 10 Xbox app have the same issue.

The issue is that scrolling doesn't work, the on screen buttons (yellow, blue, red, green) do work.

Both apps connect to Xbox with no issues and scrolling works with no problems on the console but just not within Netflix.

Tried using Smartglass on Android and scrolling within Netflix works perfectly so this issue seems windows 10 related.

Anyone else experiencing same or know a fix ?

Netflix and Xbox one app controller not working

The Xbox one Xbox app will not properly control the Netflix app. The "a" button and scrolling options do not work on any device or with smartglass. You must use the Xbox one physical controller or voice commands to navigate the app. This needs fixed immediately.

I'm having the same problem. in Netflix at least, I have to say "Xbox Select" to bring up the Netflix specific commands and then I can pause with my voice and what not. With smartglass however, I can't scroll through anything in Netflix. It seems only
the buttons work. I restarted my phone and the One but no change. Sorry I don't have a solution, but at least I know I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.

Saying using the controller is faster than talking is like saying taking the stairs is faster than dropping through a hole in the floor. To get from a game to Netflix for example. I have to hit the Xbox button, scroll over to my games and apps, select apps,
scroll over to Netflix, and then select it. Doesn't take that long. But when you compare it to saying "Xbox go to Netflix" it's pretty damn long. Other than that, your problem sounds annoying. Sucks to be you.

I have my 360 plugged directly in to my Xbox One and I use it every day for a specific app. When I hit the guide button, it brings up a white box which stays there for a bit until the guide loads up. There is no waiting for anything to load. When I hit the
guide button on the Xbox One, I'm at Xbox Home in less than half a second. But sure, faster on the 360.

And If I'm playing a game on the 360 and I want to watch Netflix. I have to hit the guide button. Wait for it load. Scroll to the left. Select "recent". Scroll down the list and find Netflix. You're right. That was much easier than saying "Xbox go to Netflix".
If it takes you more effort to do things on the Xbox One, you're doing it wrong. Blame yourself. Not the console.
