    Xbox One: Netflix "Looks like you already own this"


    I tried to download both Netflix and Hulu to my Xbox One today but when I clicked on "get" I got the message in the post title.

    Thing is, when I go to my apps neither of them show up anywhere. What's causing this?

    Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regard to the same issue, however, there are no official announcements from Microsoft. Kindly try performing a powercycle and then try again.

    Kindly follow the steps below:

    Go to "My games and apps" > Full Library > Owned Apps.

    Try installing the app from there.
