Xbox One NETFLIX issues.

I've had an issue at times on the X1 as well. Sometimes is freezes to load when I first start it and I have to black out and restart the movie/show. No problems on my 360 or on my iPad. Weird.

Netflix is blaming Fios. Fios is blaming Netflix.

I called and Netflix tried a few things and to no previal. Maybe it's just the App.

Thanks everyone for trying. Ill reply if I figure somethign out.

Call your ISP, they can test your network, and open ports for you if needed.

@Merlin4421 Yes you are correct. However, if it works with no problems on my other consoles, it can't be my ISP can it?

All the consoles are located in the same room and are all hard-wired too. I don't know what to do.

I also reinstalled the app, same problem happens. I checked my NAT type and it's open too.

I am running out of ideas.

Do you know, I have never actually tired the Netflix app. I have a Netflix app on my Smart TV and I just use that instead. I've heard it usually works though.

You could have 100/100 and it still be your ISP. Personally at 30/5 I've had non issues here in the states. With any streaming on x1

What is 50/50mb?? Lol

Try uninstalling and re installing the App. Also it sounds like your internet speed is too blame. Unless your trying to tell me you have 50 upload speed

I haven't had this problem and I watch a lot of Netflix, my internet speed is only 15/15.
