Xbox one Netflix interuption

I seem to be having trouble with the Netflix app. While I am playing a game or using Plex or Funimation, the Netflix app will suddenly start and interrupt everything else that is going on. On multiple occasions, the app will start while I am in the middle
of something on my game, or when I am in the middle of a show I am watching. There is no reason for this to be happening. When I was watching the shows, the controller was off and sitting away from me when it decided to start. Can someone help me please

when you are experiencing weird issues then first try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Is it possible that someone else is using their smartphone connected to that Netflix account to tell Netflix to play a show on a certain device?

try uninstalling the netflix app and see if any other app starts up on its own, if it doesnt then try installing it again and see if the issue comes back.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Works the same as going to xbox home, back into netflix, xbox home and back to netflix which is What I currently do. This has been happening to me for a long time. It used to be just when I switched from kid to adult like
there was a lag but it just interupted me with it after being on my profile for a couple hours already. I hope they fix it soon.
