    Microsoft really needs to update this. Please add the option to play voices through the headset and tv. Just like the xbox 360.

    Can't believe they forgot to add this option.

    No audio coming from TV

    I believe you have it set to play only through your headset. You can change where the voice plays through on your xbox console. Are you trying to watch movies or are you wanting just game play to come through both?

    No Recording Voice With Capture Cards

    The 360 allowed for voice chat to be played through headsets and tv both. Is that not an option on the One?

    Can you hear it through your tv? if so then you need to change the voice settings to play through headset and not speakers, or play through both.

    If thats not the case then i'm not sure what could be the problem, was it working until recently?

    Need "in game chat" option back on xbox one!

    Ok, on the 360 in the options for voice chat you have the option to either play chat through headset, tv, or both. having this option allowed us youtube and streamers to allow in game chat to be herd on our recordings...on the one its only one default option
    if headset is plugged in and thats play chat through headset...all they need to do is add this same option to the xbone and we are set.
