Xbox One needs network repair.

I was on my xbox one about 4 hours ago and upon turning it on I get a message stating the xbox cant connect to the internet and needs to sent in for repair. I called customer support and they told me to go to the forums. I have the preview program thing
and after installing the new dashboard about 2-3 days ago my dashboard itself crashed around 4 times. I would hit the guide button mid game and the screen would go dark and I would get a message saying the content is unavailable. Me and the guy on the other
end of the phone were thinking it might have something to do with the preview program so i would like some help here please. Thank you!

Since you have mentioned that your Xbox one is not seeing any wireless networks at all, but other devices can, it may need a repair, but since your Xbox is 6 months old, it may still be under warranty. It is possible that the storm you mentioned may have
damaged the network card in your Xbox One.

You could try this troubleshooter:

"My Xbox One can’t see my wireless network".

If this doesn't help, I would schedule a repair.

You can do that from your Microsoft account page by doing the following:

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices
Look for your Xbox One
Click "Schedule a repair"

If you are referring to a network test that leads to that message ("There's a hardware problem"), that means that a hardware component in the Xbox has failed, and you'll need to get your console repaired.
