    Xbox One Need tech support


    This is my home xbox one. I have the preview update, and I believe this is why I am having this issue but I could be wrong.

    Problem : When I am in the movie's and TV app, (on the xbox one) and i try to purchase a movie I like, a message appears, saying ;

    "Important Reminder

    This Xbox One can't play purchased movies or TV show's. If you buy something, you'll use real money, and you won't be able to play what you buy."

    my options are; ok or cancel

    I've tried Hard booting, restarting my router, removed my account, factory reset, everything I could possibly think of.

    The only thing that works is using a DIFFERENT Xbox One WITHOUT the update , and I am allowed to purchase a movie.

    This is very frustrating

    I have been having trouble with our Xbox One not turning on. It's just a blank screen. I have been trying to send in for repair but unable to print a shipping label. Please help! This has been frustrating! What do I need to do? Who do I contact? I
    can't even locate a tech support phone number!

    Sorry to hear. Are you able to purchase from the Store app's Movies & TV section? We have released a newer version of the Movies & TV UWA app (that you can install from the Store - featured in Apps), that's the latest app that supports playback, etc. And
    you should be able to purchase from the Movies & TV Store experience.

    Thanks again, and let us know if purchasing through Store doesn't work, we can investigate if you submit an issue via the Feedback app.

    I can play movies I have bought pre preview update. Went to the Store, and downloading the movies & TV . I guess this is a different app than the app movies and TV?
