Xbox One - need help from Support - easy question

Hopefully someone can help me. I have tried contacting support numerous times through Chat and request a call back but when I send the request through it just times out. Hopefully someone can help from here.

I sent in my Xbox One for repair. I received it back. The problem is I had my grandson package it up for me when I sent it back and he put the power cord in the box. When I received back the Xbox it was in a different box (I sent it in the original box)
and no power cord. Now I don't have a power cord. I wanted to contact someone to see if they could send back my cord or at least a workable cord for it. How can I contact someone if the requests continually time out? I did try different browsers and it did
not help.

Try this:

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
A new window will pop up
Type in contact Support - you will receive different options, such as:
- Message with an Xbox Gamer
- Call me back
- Ask the Community

Unfortunately here in forums, we do not have the appropriate tools to help with account billing, and account repairs.

If it is an xbox one s or highee then its a simple two prong ac cable for laptops or consoles you can find in any computer store

You can still wait the repair center to.send yours back though its never garenteed thats why the instructions does say dont send accessories or cords

If its the original xbox one however its abit harder to find in stores theb id just wait for ms to send it back
