Доброго времени суток. Проблема с консолью XBOX ONE. Пытаюсь включить консоль, блок питания запускается, кулер запускается, но приставка не загружается. Лампочка питания горит белым. Питание в розетке нормальное. телевизор настроен правильно. кабеля не повреждены.
Телевизор не видит подключение консоли, так как она не загружается

Thanks for letting us know you still have the issue. Have you tried connecting to a different TV? If the above troubleshooting from Crystal didn't work, you may want to think on getting the console repaired. You can set one up on

Device support if the Xbox one is in warranty.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with a black screen when the Xbox One console is on. I recommend to try the following article: Troubleshooting
a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox One is on.

If the issue persists, I recommend to try a Soft Factory Reset(while
keeping games and apps). Before resetting your console make sure of the following:

There is a stable network connection.
The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Since the console is not responding properly. Try this to get the troubleshooting screen:

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
Press and hold the BINDbutton (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the
EJECTbutton (located on the front of the console), and then press the
Xboxbutton on the console.
Continue holding the BINDand
EJECTbuttons for 10-15 seconds.
Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
BINDand EJECTbuttons after the second power-up tone.
The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.
Select Reset this Xbox
Select Reset this Xbox and Keep Games and Apps
