Xbox one NBA 2K15 Gold Live

I have a Xbox one NBA 2K15 running with Gold Live member. Can my friend who has a Xbox 360 NBA 2K15 Gold Live member play with me online?

i can't install nba 2k15

update: got beyond the 4%!

steps:

1. boot the xbox one with internet connected

2. remove the bluray app

3. install the bluray app

4. insert nba 2k15 disc

5. xbox one says there are updates available for nba2k15. accept these updates

6. install nba 2k15, it will error on 4%.

7. remove nba 2k15 completely

8. install nba 2k15, it probably will use the updates / download from internet instead using the disc.

9. wait an aeon since it's only on 6% (half an hour).

don't know if this is going to work for complete installation but, i'm at 7% now.

No. you can't play against people on the 360 if you are on a xbox one & vice versa.

 

Has this been confirmed by Microsoft???? I only bought this stupid thing for my son so he could play online with his friends and cousins in other states! So even thought I spent all this money, IT'S NOT GOING TO WORK???????? (bangs head on desk)

 

Yes, it's been known since they announced the console that it will not work cross platform.

 

I'm going back to GameStop and rip into the sales kid who assured me all I needed was a Live account! Even though I said they all had 360.
