XBOX One - NAT Unavailable

I'm having multiplayer connectivity problems and under NAT it says Unavailable. Some background...

- This is a new Xbox One. Just purchased it this week. I also have a 360 and it works fine. I've NEVER had to set any forwarding rules for the 360

- The status remains the same whether I'm on a wired or wireless network in the house.

- The modem and router have both been reset multiple times. I've also done the hard reset of the XBone.

- The router is an airport Extreme (current generation) that works fine with the 360,

- I have manually set the IP Address, set the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and also made the Xbox the default host.

I'm out of ideas at this point. The store works fine, I can download games and connecting to a party works fine. The voice and multiplayer games do not work however.

NAT Type

My NAT type is not working, I just got a new modem from Comcast, and now the NAT type is unavailable. Any suggestions?

my Xbox one won't connect to the internet. It says NAT unavailable and service info unavailable but when I go somewhere else it starts working

 

Airports have issues with xbox one with the default settings....on your airport utility there should be an "allow terredo tunneling " check box......that should be turned on....

 

Were you able to solve this issue?, It's happening to me and I don't know how to fix it.

You need to open ports on router, when you connect the xbox one for the first time in your internet, on router management (where you open ports), xbox should created an xbox live profile for the specific ports, you only have to add that profile to an device(in
this case xbox one). I add my xbox one mac address and nat is ok now
