We recommend to try and uninstall the DLC and install again. Also, try posting on Activision website as there been a few issues with this.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to use your headset with your controller.

If you haven't already, I would recommend
updating your controller and see if that helps with your controller recognizing your headset.

As stated by Xbox Forums Ambassador RedCarGamer, if you have already tested the same device on an other controller and a mobile device,
and your controller is the only other one that is not recognizing this headset, it is possible that the 3.5mm jack on the bottom of the controller could be damaged and you might need to create a

Service Order.

Additionally, you could use a Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter which should allow you to properly regonize your headset.
