Mas quando ele atualiza ele reinicia e não liga mais e acaba não completando a atualização

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring about something being wrong with your console.

To my understanding, you took this into a shop to inspect it? Did they open it in anyway? If not, you could still

set-up a repair for your console.

This would allow the Service Center to determine what is wrong with the console and get it back in working shape for you.

However, keep in mind that if they did open it, the Service Center will be able to verify this and they will not service your console.

I hope this is of some use to you.
