As crianças têm um Xbox One S, tem cerca de 3 anos. Desligado recentemente no meio da exibição de um DVD e não liga e permanece ligado.
A luz de energia do Xbox permanece acesa, mas apaga após cerca de 5 segundos.
Já tentou todas as sugestões de solução de problemas no site, mas não teve sorte?

Thanks for reaching out to us with this situation here on the forums. I understand you're having trouble with your console turning off immediately after turning it on is that correct? After trying everything up to and including the Offline System update
the only option would be any out of warranty repair options that are being provided to you. Hope this helps!
