Boa tarde!

No dia 21/12/2018 fiz a ultima atualização no meu Xbox One, porem quando o mesmo reiniciou, como de costume para finalizar a atualização, o mesmo não ligou novamente.

Ele liga por 5 segundos e após desliga novamente, ja tentei atualização Offline, ja liguei para o suporte, ja tentei suporte pelo chat online, e só dizem para mandar para reparo (pois ja passou da garantia), reparo esse que custa R$ 500,00, (no débito ou
no crédito), como se eu tivesse R$500,00 dando sopa, esperando que meu xbox estragasse.

Verifiquei pela própria comunidade da Microsoft, que houve esse problema ja em 2016,com algumas pessoas.

Gostaria de saber como proceder, ja que vi pessoas que acionaram judicialmente para poder ter algum retorno.

Desde já deixo explicita minha decepção e insatisfação com a microsoft.

Thanks for reaching out to us with this situation here on the forums. I understand you're having trouble with your console turning off immediately after turning it on is that correct? After trying everything up to and including the Offline System update
the only option would be any out of warranty repair options that are being provided to you. Hope this helps!

"Minecraft: Xbox One Edition" has been replaced with "Minecraft" after the Better Together update, which receives the Aquatic update. Other console specific editions are also not getting that update.

Offline update is not recommended for insider members, as they do not run the same version. Try to reset by deleting everything as described above.

Opa JV, passei pelo mesmo problema semana passa, entretanto quando fiz a reinicialização de fábrica selecionei para limpar e apagar tudo, o console voltou ao normal. Qual código de erro é apresentado durante a inicialização?
