Xbox one name your game, completely unsatisfied

Hi, I have been dealing with an issue for 6 days. I have not received my free game download that I was promised and I registered for. Who needs to correct my problems? I am completely dissatisfied with every person I have spoke to who has told me they basically
don't know anything on how to fix my problem.

Official Quick Charge kit broke Halo 4 controllers..

I have two of the xbox Halo controllers and they both cracked along the bottom of the battery pack. I paid a LOT of money for this set and am completely unsatisfied with the quality of the controllers. Gamertag:

Xbox LIVE 360 Still Down?

If you are unsatisfied with Xbox Live maybe you should just cancel your membership, sell your xbox and games. You could always use the money towards a Playstation or a Gaming PC.

Yeah the real purpose of the console excels as well. Achievements serve no real purpose and I didn't buy the machine for that. Yes I have a ton but that's only because I have played a lot of games in 8 years.

A Last Champion

Never been a fan of achievements or gamerscore. I see see why people need to little popups and numbers in order to enjoy a game.

As a gaming machine the One excels. The other stuff can easily be ignored by me.
