Xbox one name your game bundle

I purchased my xbox one on April 24th, 2016 at Best Buy. On that day, I chose Forza 6 as the game I wanted. Since then I have filled out 2 forms on the name your game bundle help, waiting the necessary 3 days between. I have contacted Xbox customer support
several times and have not gotten my problem resolved. I redeemed the 16 digit code on the website and never got my 25 digit game download code.

Please help however you can. I just wanna play.

Name Your Game Xbox bundle

I recently bought an Xbox console by getting a bundle, the "Xbox Name Your Game" bundle. The bundle brings the console, wireless controller, and a downlodable game you pick from four options the bundle offers. The Xbox brings a redemption code that asks
for me to go to xbox.com/name-your-game. Sadly enough, that link did not work because it was changed or something. So I contacted Xbox chat support and they sent me the right link to request my game. I did that putting my name, email address, and redemption
code. Then, the website notified that I would receive an email within 24 hours with the link to download the game to the console but I have not received that yet.

I filled out the support form about a 2 weeks ago at this point, that was the last time. Then I am currently in email chats with phone customer support. The support person is still trying to see what they can do, they arent coming up with much other than
hope you guys can help me.

It can sometimes take a little bit to hear back, but that form is going to be your best point of contact. Have you checked your spam folder to see if there has been any communication you might have missed?

 

I filled out the form twice. I have checked both emails, spam, promotion, junk, social,..... all of it, no contact. I just filled it out for a 3rd time.

 

I finally got a reply. We will see if they are able to help me from here. Thanks guys.
