Xbox One Name Your Game Bundle game code email never came

Hello, I purchased a Xbox One last sunday at Walmart and entered my code for my free game Sunday night. They said it would come within 24 hours. I waited then filled out the form when it didn't come. Then they said a response would come within 72 hours.
Now it's been over 3 days so I contacted support and they said to post on here! I am so anxious to play my new xbox one I have been a XBL member since 2007! Please help I wana play Rare Replay!!!!

Name your game- no email received

I did not receive an email for my forza redemption code when I entered my name your game 16 digit code that came from the name your game 500 Gb xbox bundle. I entered the code around the 24th or 25th of December and it said i would get an email within 24
hours, however it never sent the email. The game code says it has expired on the card, and i never received the game code.

Name Your Game Bundle, game download not working.

My name your game bundle, game download is not working. I went to the website and typed my 16 digit code in and chose which game i wanted and then waited for my 25 digit dowload code which was supposed to come via email but it never came. Help.

That form is the only way to contact the people running that offer. If it's been over 3 business days since you first filled it out you will need to try filling it out again.

I'm really starting to feel like a broken record with this, they Microsoft person I spoke with yesterday said you would be able to sort this no problem. We purchased a bundle, the game came with it but it is not a disc only a piece of cardboard with a code
on it to download the game, that is all that was in the packet. I am not looking for a replacement code, there never was one in the first place. We were initially told Microsoft would be emailing them after the games official release but it never happened
