just wondering if you can use the same profile on the xbox 360 and xbox one at the same time..

I have some questions about account transfer from 360 to One(if it will exist).

K I got 360 but get xbox one n had to get new account how do I get all my dlcs from 360 to go to xbox one n have my new account go to 360 to??

 

Is this typical of MS Support?

if i was you i wouldnt bother with xbox full stop online support is ridiculous they just threw a box together n callled it xbox one forever going down n getting less supportive of xbox 360 excuse rant n hope you got your childs xbox sorted

You cant play online w both at same time.

 

You can be signed in on the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One simultaneously, you just can't be signed into the same generation of console at the same time (an Xbox 360 with another Xbox 360 or an Xbox One with another Xbox One).

 

Wow it sure does. That's something that a person can now share their acct.

 

I would NOT recommend that - if that someone you supposedly trust does something against the ToU or CoC while using your profile, like cheating or stealing and gets caught, guess who's going to be suffering the consequences? You will be, and it'll affect
both of your consoles, not just one or the other.

 

YES YOU CAN. Especially useful if you want to play an Xbox 1 game and at the same time chat with friends in an Xbox Live Party on Xbox 360. Another one is playing an Xbox 360 game and video chat through the Skype app on Xbox 1 (haven't tried it). I have
both my Xbox 360 slim and Xbox 1 HDMI'd to my HDTV in my bedroom and I'm the only one who knows the password and email to my account and have security proofs and a pin is required for my 360 and Xbox 1 has a SIX character pin.

 

Nicely done, smiles. My only quip about your ideas/setup is that if you were playing your Xbox 360 while Skyping me on your Xbox One, I would be miffed knowing your full attention wasn't on me - it pays dividends to show people that you're genuinely interested
and that they've got your full, undivided attention. If you're anything but, then it's considered extremely rude.

 

It's just nice that your profile CAN be signed in both on your Xbox 360 console and Xbox 1 console at the same time. You can't be signed in to more than 1 Xbox 360 console at the same time and if you log onto a different 360 console say at a friends place
the UI notification just brings up *** was signed into another console. I like to call it multi-tasking. And if you get to really know me I'm actually really polite. This is what I... would call rude XD...
