    Xbox one my messages wont load


    i cant view my messages on my xbox one they wont load , when someone sends me a message it wont load it ethier i can only send messages out through the person profile/ send message

    Sorry to hear it. Please try deleting your gamertag then hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down. When it restarts you can redownload your tag and hopefully that will have fixed the issue.

    In the meantime you should be able to check messages here Sign in to your Microsoft account

    Hey Kraze -

    First thing to try is going to be holding down your power button for roughly 10 seconds and then booting everything up to see if that helps. If that didn't help, let's have you try >>removing
    your Xbox Live profile    << from your Xbox One console and then trying again.

    Let us know how it goes and if we need to look into alternate solutions. Xbox one my messages wont load :)

    Downloading my profile to my friends xbox.

    im sorry but no one else is logged in as my account at the time of me trying to download. As of last night it wont let me load it up on my own xbox either. It brings up the same message.
