Xbox One - My complaints in a nut shell

First of all, don't get me wrong, I love Microsoft as a whole and I've always loved their services, but their so called console the Xbox One, has just been the biggest pain the *** for me and I really can't believe what big of a flop its turned out to be,
okay i'm not too sure if its only mine that has problems, but come on. I turn it on and it takes forever just to load up the actually home screen, it lags whenever I attempt to move throughout the home screen, and it constantly crashes and virtually any game.
I have even turned on the console to be welcomed by a error message telling me it was basically broken, and by switching it off and on, the magical realism turned out the box of crap is still working *woop de doo*, so I go onto think that the lag problem is
just a home screen thing, but nope.. I load up Black Ops 3, and attempt to play the multiplayer and my character constantly stutters around the map, see I would understand if my provider was absolute garbage but here is a

of my connect prior to time of this post , and to make this clear this is my connection on a bad day, so why the hell do I get this crappy lag, because I never got this on my Xbox 360.

So please Microsoft, fix your console

How to install unlocks when you buy a new xbox and game (BF4)..Still using original account

In a nut shell I sold my Xbox and BF4 game. My account is still active so I recently purchased another Xbox and BF4. How do I reinstall my unlocks to the new system? Is this a a BF4 question by the way?

It's like they decided on the endings and put them on no matter what happened in the rest of the games.

 

What kind of modem and router are you using ? There have been some issues with some here lately...

 

Is your console hooked up to a power strip or even surge protector? A support agent told me to hook it straight into a wall, no strip and no surge protector. He said they I peas the power flow the box gets which can cause UI and even game lag. He also
said this would fix my random controller disconnects. We'll see. I'm on a high dollar surge protector made for AV/theatre room equipment.,,but who knows
