Xbox one My Apps & Games Tab wont launch.

Ive hard reset the system multiple times and forced close this but it still wont launch its very irritating. Has anyone else had this problem? Any help would be much appreciated.

Marketplace Tab

On the Xbox website: https://account.xbox.com/PaymentAndBilling/RedeemCode

On the Xbox One: Games Tab > "Use a Code" > Click "enter the 25-character code.

On the Xbox 360: Click "Guide" button > Games & Apps tab > Redeem Code.

 

My games & apps app won't open. Please help!

My games & apps app on my xbox one dashboard won't open. I checked my storage and it says 100% full. last time i checked it was 37% full. When i try to run my apps they won't launch and it says "We had trouble installing or updating this. Try installing
it again" How do open my games & apps app?

 

Maybe it's just me but if I was having an issue with my Xbox One this forum would be the last place I'd try for help. Actually, it wouldn't even be my last resort. Try support?

No that doesnt work. I can launch apps as long as thier pinned. On the home screen right. You have a little tab or pin or whatever that says games & apps right. Well for me whenever I click on that it will pretend to launch then go on a black screen then
take me back to home and the big screen in the middle of home has the settings symbol on it. I also cant even manage my stuff on my hard drive. It also does this.
