Xbox One Multiplayer Gameplay Problems

So I've had the Xbox One since it came out and when I first had my troubles playing multiplayer games, I thought it'd just take some getting used to. New system, new controller and all but as time has passed, it's not getting any better. I go on the 360
and I have no problems at all. I go on the One and I absolutely suck! Single-player games I'm fine with but multiplayer games I have the worst time. I've spent months trying to pinpoint what it is and I thiiiiink, it's the thumbsticks on the Xbox One controller,
I'm still not positive though. I've messed with my sensitivity plenty of times to try and adjust but I just can't. It's the stupidest thing, I mean I play BF4 on the 360 and I'm pretty darn good. I play it on the One and I'm raging like a gorilla. Same goes
with Halo, I do good on the 360, I suck on the One. I guess I'm just wondering if there's an Xbox One controller but with 360 thumbsticks? Probably not but I just really want to play multiplayer games on the One and actually have FUN! There's soooooooo many
games coming out that I want but I worry I won't be able to enjoy them because of some stupid little reason. So yeah, is there an Xbox One controller with 360 thumbsticks and am I the only one experiencing this stupid issue?

I’ve been wanting to buy one just for the exclusive games anyways. I hate to say I might have to use it for my multiplayer gameplay as well since I’m always running into problems with Xbox live.

I personally prefer the one controller too the 360 . Only thing I ever had too do was too adjust the sensitivity too my own preference

 

I prefer the Xbox One controller as well, just not the thumbsticks. As for the sensitivity, like I said "I've messed with my sensitivity plenty of times to try and adjust but I just can't". I must admit, it helps a little but only a little. I just hate how
I have to lower my sensitivity to improve, when on the 360 I was an overall better player because my sensitivity was higher. I was able to react quickly and with precision. Now on the One I can't turn fast enough to counter my targets. My skill has been completely
downgraded. The thumbsticks on the One controller are so much smaller, therefore are more sensitive in my opinion. The thumbsticks on the 360 controller are bigger and has more resistance to my movements. I don't know, it's just frustrating. I went from somebody
who used to carry a team (360), to someone who holds a team down (One).
