Xbox One Movies and TV Issues

For two nights now I have experienced issues with watching anything I’ve purchased through Xbox movies and TV app. I either get error code 0x000005b4 or the movie will start only to stop at a specific point and display
another error code 0xc00d4278. Ive reset modem and router, which my setup has not changed. I’ve tested speeds through xbox which result in 150Mbps wireless and 180Mbps
wired. I’ve done hard resets and deleted movies and the app itself and still nothing. After hours of troubleshooting and searching the web I decided to call. I was met with short answers and excuses blaming the hardware, which I know for a fact is fine since
I’ve tested this on an Xbox One, One S, and a One X with two different profiles (my wife’s). Considering all other streaming apps work with no hesitation or buffering and I’ve tested on multiple devices and profiles, I am 100% convinced this is on Microsoft’s
end and is not just a “peak time” issue. Please help as I’ve purchased many movies and we cannot watch them now.

Update 1: TV settings have been checked on both 4k TVs and non 4k. Friday evening this was all working. This issue only presented itself the following Sunday and Monday evening when I attempted to watch IT Chapter 2
in UHD. I was refunded for the purchase and advised to try again after 24 hours in which the problem repeated itself even with the HD version. Soon after I began testing other movies, HD and UHD both, that I’ve watched before or recently and those too were

Troubleshooting 4K support for assistance and take note that If some content won't play, make sure your TV supports HDCP 2.2 and that it's turned on in your TV's settings.
