Xbox One most games crashing without error message

I have a friend with this problem. We have both done every step that is available online, and absolutely nothing is working. Power cycles, reinstalls, cache clears, new accounts, everything. I'm hoping someone can help.

Try cleaning the Disc(s) and restart the xbox for 10- 15 secs. Or re connect to your internet provide.

EA are the ones who can support their game.

In the meantime we’ll do our best. What screen do you get to before it crashes? Is it the splash screen or does the game load in some and then crash? Or does it do nothing and quit?

The game starts and crashes after the language selection screen without any error message or error code.

The game loads until 8%, the error from before pops up again, and the download stops, any further attempts will lead to instant crashes without error messages before the Xbox screen even shows up.

I am having a similar issue to where the game wont load at all without an error message. whenever i load the game without signing in it works but it makes me sign in then the game crashes.

First my game crashed also on chapter 9, without any error message. Then i realized my save game got ripped. And on my 2nd try my game crashed on chapter 1 with the above "game disc" message.

Really great, i wanted to play that game so bad
