    So many modders it's unbelievable

    I've only seen modders on PS3, Xbox 360.

    No modders on Xbox One...yet.

    Maybe when Advanced Warfare comes out.

    Than you will see a new wave of modders and hackers.

    Thanks to the new Media USB app...

    Modding on Xbox Live is against the ToU and CoC and could result in the account and/or console being banned from Live.

    MODS are against the rules in GTA now doing so may get you banned I'm pretty sure a ban wave will be coming soon after update they warned everyone exploiting the game will get your GTA account fried.
