Xbox one mirrored to xfinity hotspot

OK so I mirrored the WiFi Mac address into my Xbox one so far everything works fine my network details say Nat open all services available but when I try to play like destiny for example it won't connect and when I test multiplayer connect it says
can not complete test any idea what's wrong here? Been searching forums forever now thank you

Can I use an XFINITY Wifi Hotspot to setup my Xbox One S

I just got an Xbox One S for Christmas and I don't have a wired or wireless internet connection. Can I use an XFINITY Wifi Hotspot to set it up?

Try doing a powercycle first you can do this by holding down the powerbutton on your console untill it shuts off (takes about 10 seconds).

If that doesn't work look if the console is plugged directly into the wall as having a surge protector or extension cord can cause issues because the power supply doesn't get enough electricity.

If that doesn't fix the issue feel free to update the post

Hello, Xfinity Wifi hotspots are also part of your contract, if you dont pay your account you will not be able either to use the Xfinity hotspots. Probably in your phone you are using the data conection instead Wifi.
