Xbox One Minecraft Marketplace Downloading Issue

So you re-download the items on the Xbox One console? For example, when upgrading to the Xbox One version of Minecraft, none of the skin packs you previously bought would work unless you re-downloaded them through the Xbox One Marketplace, doesn't matter
if you've previously downloaded them on the Xbox 360's marketplace.

So to confirm you're saying you've already successful downloaded them again on the Xbox One's marketplace? They should be available to you for free. If that is the case, I would be making a post over at Bungie's forums.

I don't believe you should have to re-enter the codes, I think it should be as easy as finding the content on the Xbox One's marketplace and it should let you download that content at no additional cost. If you've never re-downloaded the items on the Xbox
One console I can almost guarantee that's your issue....

May I know what steps have you tried so far? If none, try closing the game completely on your device. Check your app store to see that you are running the most up to date version of Minecraft. Update the game, then relaunch. If you are still unable to download the item then, try signing in and out of your Account then downloading it again.

Did you buy the physical disc version of Minecraft: Xbox One Edition? Or did you buy the digital download version?

If you have bought the digital download version, simply download the "Minecraft" without the "Xbox One Edition" from the Xbox Marketplace for free.

If you have bought the physical disc version of the game, your only option is to buy the Minecraft version without the "Xbox One Edition" in the title to be able to get the Aquatic update as well as the Cats and Pandas update.
