    Xbox One Minecraft frame drops/stutters


    A buddy and I were playing Minecraft on our new world we just created and him and I both have experienced 2-4 seconds of 0 frames and or very choppy gameplay/frame. We both checked to see if there was a spawner or large amount of blocks or anything else
    in the area which would case the "lag" but nothing. We both also have tried cleaning our Xbox' Cashes and we tried potential fixes we found online but we still have the issues. We both have also been having the problem since 1.14 but though that it was going
    to be fixed in the next update. Is there anything we can do to fix this?

    It would be when I'm walking it would be a really bad frame rate drop to where it would stutter really bad.

    I have a problem where Videos appear to stutter---maybe they are choppy or something like that? Its not it a stutter really, it just has a big frame-rate drop. Multiple files. AVI. Is it a file size issue or a problem with the USB device I'm using? I watched
    an episode of something else and it worked fine but several movies has this issue. The one that was stuttering was something like 1.4 GBs?

    Ok maybe I worded it wrong. The game doesn't stutter but does drop in frame rate quite abit, particularly if your running and change direction rapidly or explosions are going off. I would not say this game is fluid as the frame rate is choppy

    This might be the only game so far that I didn't notice any frame drops or stutters.

    Or maybe I just can't remember them because the game was so AWESOME!

    No.

    I'm not sure why you keep insisting on 75Hz. The Xbox One only supports 60Hz or 120Hz, depending on the display and the resolution nothing in-between.

    That display doesn't do 75Hz anyway.

    If you're referring to 'Freesync' that's not how it works. Freesync allows compatible displays to change their refresh rate based on the frame rate a particular game is running. So, if a game drops from 60FPS to say 50FPS, the screen refresh will drop
    preventing the 'stuttering effect' that usually accompanies frame rate drops.
