XBOX ONE MINECRAFT 0x803F8001

After the nov update i get this on both my mincraft games.

and befor you start posting the links to this saying look here on microsoft iv doon all the links rest everything deleted profiles

and still i own the game and it says

Do you own this game or app ?

and yes i only have one acount on one console that has all payed and free games on.

Thanks for your post! Has anyone set their account to home console on your Xbox? If a home Xbox association was established and then ended, games could stop playing as normal due to the previous game share. Also, check out the
Contact Us portal to speak to an agent about licenses on your account to verify the account has the game.

I have the same issue.

I tried

- adding and removing my profile from my Xbox One X

- uninstalling/installing Minecraft (yes, store says I own this game)

- remove as home console and adding it again

No success.

Sorry to hear that you're having a similar issue.

I would say since you have tried all those troubleshooting steps, the next best thing to do would be a soft reset of the console as outlined in

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One. A soft reset is when you choose to
keep your games and apps.

Before you try that step though, be sure to not all of your accounts' email and password (the profiles will be removed during the reset), and that you have easy access to your internet connection as well.

When and if you get a chance, give that step a shot and let us know how that helped out.

There was issues with Minecraft yesterday.

Support did sendnout a tweet regarding it.

All fixed now.
