    Xbox one mike broken?


    MY xbox live mike broke march time, first could not be heard by others now can neither hear others or be heard. not sure what problem is, I bought the xbox one last november with which the xbox live chat headset came with. Would i be under warranty??

    Worms: Revolution keeps freezing up!

    Just contacted the support guys of XBOX and this is what they say.

    Mike: There's one thing you haven't tried yet. This troubleshooting would require you to follow every step accordingly.

    Mike: Here's what you need to do:

    Mike: 1. Delete the game

    Mike: 2. Delete your profile.

    Mike: 3. Clear System Cache 3 times.

    Mike: 4. Restart your console.

    Mike: 5. Recover your Profile.

    Mike: 6. Re-download the game.

    Chris: why delete the profile?

    Mike: Again, you would need to follow the steps accordingly.

    Mike: Might be corrupted.

    Chris: then all the other games will be lost

    Chris: I mean the saved games

    Mike: No, just make sure that you select "Delete Profile Only" when you delete the profile so it does not include your save files.

    Xbox one mike broken?

    I believe the warranty in the States is 90 days; not sure what it is in other countries.

    Edit: On accessories, the console has a full year.

    X box broken

    Hello Mike,

    They are not broken at this time its a service alert affecting a lot of the Xbox. Once the issue has been fixed you will be able to game. I totally understand though, as I am unable to game at this time also due to the service alert.
