XBOX ONE MİCROSOFT STORE ISSUE (CODE: 0X00000193)

hello,

when i start the store app in my console , i access the main screen.And after choose an app or game the page is not open . it says :

please try again later

code: 0x00000193

-i tried the reset my console (keep the games and apps installed)

-i tried hard reset

-i tried 3 different account

-changing dns , alternate mac adress>clean ,

-i dont have xbox insider hub app and because of that issue i cant install the app.So i cant use the console for reporting a problem

Quando vou entrar na store do Xbox dá erro 0x00000193 e pede pra tentar mais tarde mas esse erro está acontecendo e quando vou usar o codigo do gift card aparece "ocorreu um erro da nossa parte. Tente mais tarde"

Thanks for your post! It seems like there are some issues with the Microsoft store, since you've attempted a lot of troubleshooting, it's recommended to attempt an Offline System Update to load the latest and most stable operating system on your console.

i updated my consele with using OSU but it did not solve the problem
