Hi I recommend you do a reset so doing it back as before. Something could have gone wrong while you were downloading some updates

I'll just try to power cycle the console first, and then see if this fixes it.

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Sorry to hear about your issue. You will need to start with power cycling your Xbox. To do that, press and hold the power button for at least 8 seconds to shut off your Xbox. Unplug the power cord for at least 10 seconds. Plug the Xbox back in and
restart. Let us know if that fixes your problem.
