    Thanks for the reply Brad.

    Trouble is, there are many posts on both the Minecraft forums and the Mojang support site, and all of them in one fashion or another say "contact Microsoft support - it's an issue with Microsoft Account sync" so I'm stuck in a (no) support loop.

    Also I tried signing in with my other minecraft account on the launcher and it signs in straight away. Only with my other account it gets stuck in a loop with the password

    I received a response from eprize customer support. The instructions they gave we involved resubmitting an altered receipt photo so they'd recognize it I suppose but upload it stuck in a permanent seeming loading loop. Oh well. As a heads up, doesn't seem
    to be a good time to upload any more receipts until they can actually get uploaded.

    Xbox Feb. 2020 UI Update with Vertical menus

    Threw me for a loop when it first updated but i’m quickly getting used to it now and i’ve noticed that my xbox no longer slows down or gets stuck when flicking through the different sections. Not sure if that was the intention with the switch to vertical
    or whether its just a coincidence or happy accident but either way i’m pleased so far :)
