xbox one microphone dropping in and out sound

does any one else have the problem of there microphone dropping in and out in game play every thing is offical and connected correctly and all items running and working fine but sound keeps droppping in and out

if you haven't already be sure to make sure your devices are all upto date. when you check for an update make sure your headset is connected. its possible its time for a new adapter....mine gave up over time, and now I use it via the jack alone

yesterday were indeed many entries here in the forum that people have headset problems. try a power cycle. maybe the problem is already fixed then. are you maybe in the insider program and the bug came with an update?

Sorry to hear it. When this happens try power cycling your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. This solves most minor issues with the console.
