    XBox One Mic


    I have an XBox one standard mic. It works for Skype and it lights up in party chat. I have tried all of the trouble shooting. However, I cannot hear sounds on Neverwinter or PvZ. I have heard for maybe 10-20 seconds at a time but most of the time there
    is no sound. I tried power cycling, unplugging and plugging back in, checking NAT was open, etc. I tried doing single port forwarding but it shut down my entire internet so I had to reinstall my router software. Using standard XBO mic headset and I know
    it is not hardware as it worked with Skype just fine. Any suggestions?

    Hello people, my xbox one mic will not work when trying to play black ops 2 on the xbox one. But it does work completely fine for actual xbox one games, is my mic the problem? Can i fix this without getting a new mic or must i buy a new mic?

    The mic you get with the Xbox is complete *** every one I know who has an Xbox one had the mic break because Microsoft cannot make a quality product

    Day one update - Add the blueray option

    Xbox One comes with Kinect it can be used as a mic. If you don't want to use Kinect as a mic then buy a headset. I have no problem using Kinect as a mic.

    Both mics are xbox official headsets and controllers, one of the controllers is a day one edition but just bought another brand new official xbox controller to see if that was the problem. The Mic just randomly stopped working one evening. And yes the
