    Xbox One Mic Help!!!


    Hi I so badly want to talk with others in parties so I got a headset with a mic and connected it to my controller. I can hear sound from the headset and hear others talking but I cannot talk with others. And yes, I checked if it was muted and it is still
    not working. The headset has a mic built in it , is it because the mic is too weak to pick up sound? Or is it a random setting I don't know about? Please tell me.

    Mic doesn't work with xbox one

    I got a Sades SA-807 2016 mic and it wont work with the xbox one. IT sees it with the mic icon but no one can hear me. The Mic works perfectly fine in Windows 10 and the Mic is Xbox one compatible. I have tried the xbox help articles,
    YouTube and just playing around with the settings. Is there anything else i should try?

    XBOX FREEZING WHEN WIRELESS MIC CONNECTS

    My xbox freezes when my official xbox wireless mic connects, even when the xbox boots up on the xbox boot logo the xbox freezes twice on one spot then the mic connects, only does it when my mic connects, ive tried
    re-syncing the mic, still doesn't work Xbox One Mic Help!!! :( please help its doing my head in!

    If it like the XBOX 360. go to preferences option and select Mic. I do not know where it is on XBOX ONE. But it be under there. If not. The good boys and girl at XBOX SUPPORT will help you to get you mic to work the way you wanted it to.

    Audio problem

    Hey CheesyWigglez52,

    Check your party tab to be sure you have not muted yourself. Also, check to be sure your mic is on. If you can, try to connect your mic using another controller. It could also be a hardware issue. Here is a troubleshooting guide for mic issues,https://troubleshootingm/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/wired-headset-help.

    Hello Tristan,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. In short, you would not be able to use it on the Xbox console as it is not compatible for the console. The mics are for PC use. Only mics that work are ones connected to headsets. Even a Logitech mic will
    not work on the console.
