Xbox One Mic Buzzing

When I am in a party chat with my friends they tell me that there is an awful buzzing noise coming from my mic. I've tried 3 mics and 2 controllers and they all have the same result. My headset is an Afterglow wired headset and my controller is also wired.
I've been told that the buzzing happens when the controller is charged while the mic is used, but I have no other option because my controller is wired.

So my friend mic is buzzing with xbox one controller what is 6 months old. Now he did get new because of that and it still buzzing. Its not buzzing with old xbox one controller.

I recently got paddles for my xbox one controller which require a wired connection. When I plug a mic into my controller, other people constantly hear a buzzing from my mic. I’ve tried different controllers and have the same issue, I even bought a new headset
and that didn’t solve it. It has to be a problem with the wired connection, I’ve tried several cords and the buzzing stays. Is there any fix that doesn’t require me to use the controller wireless?

Sorry to hear about the issue. Are you able to try your headset on a different, wireless Xbox One controller to see if the issue persists?

Hello, thank you for responding. My wireless controller that came with my Xbox One is broken, so I am unable to test on a wireless controller. Mostly, the issue that my friends and I've noticed is that there is an occasional buzzing and my voice fades in
and out. The issue is pretty common, but it doesn't seem to happen 100% of the time. I don't know the cause of the issue for me, but from what I've read on the internet, it happens when charging the controller.

Thanks for the extra info. What controller are you using? Make and model number, if available, would be helpful. If possible, are you able to try your headset on a nearby friend/family member's Xbox One wireless controller?

My controller is a PowerA model 1414133-01. I know that the mic isn't the issue because I've tried it on my iPad and there is no buzzing. It is something with the controller. I've tried another controller of the same brand and the issue was there too.

Sorry to bother you I no it's an old post but I have same problem with Xbox 1x it buzzes when I have controller wired to X box and external devices both with afterglow controller and Xbox controller that I got with Xbox but buzzers only when wired
