    Xbox One Messaging Help


    Okay so I am having an issue sending messages out to other people on the xbox one. I have a clean record and have not been banned because on the same acount I can send messages on the Xbox 360.I can recieve messages I just can't send any. Is anyone else
    having this problem?

    How to fix messaging

    Help me fix messaging on xbox live. On my main account messaging doesn’t work but on my other it does. Help me see why it won’t work on my main.

    Xbox One Messaging Help

    I called xbox help and they were no help at all. They had me go so far as to cancel my subscription and redeem it. I do not want to get rid of my account due to many of my achievements.

    While Smartglass is nice to help write a message connected to Xbox One. It is not a viable alternative to voice messages.
