Xbox One Messaging Error

This usually means you have to completely factory reset your Xbox. Or update it offline via usb Flash drive. If those don't work you will have to send the console in for repair.

To update offline just follow the steps here

Assuming XBox passkey and this gamertag has an Microsoft account...

If you input the controller passcode or passkey incorrectly 3 times the system should ask for the accounts passWORD which will allow you to change the passCODE on the controller.

Try this. Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console. Once it is back up and operational test the wireless network. Let us know. Good Luck!
